Your Body Is A Temple—Act Like It

You’re Careful With Kale, But Not With Chaos

You’ve got the organic groceries.
The fancy glass water bottle.
The smug little spray bottle of “non-toxic” cleaner.

You love to say your body is a temple, but you treat it like a landfill. You come in here reeking of garbage: emotional garbage; mental garbage; and relational garbage.

And you wonder why your nervous system is fried and your body is collapsing under the weight of it.

Everything You Touch, You Absorb

You think you’re only metabolizing what you eat? Cute.

If your body is a temple, why do let every toxic headline and half-baked theory squat inside it rent-free? You are digesting every half-baked theory, every sensational headline, every toxic relationship you keep out of habit.

Your liver has to clean up the chemical wreckage.
Your nervous system has to mop up the emotional spillage.

You’d Spit Out Poison—But You’ll Swallow This?

If your water tasted like bleach, you’d spit it out.
If your food smelled rancid, you’d throw it away.

But when your brain is being marinated in gossip, fear-mongering, and low-grade hysteria about parasites and yeast, you call it “staying informed.” You wouldn’t drink poison in a temple, but you’ll swallow gossip and panic as if they’re harmless. IF your body is a temple, act like it.

Wake up.

This is self-inflicted contamination.

Temples Have Doors—And Locks

Sacred spaces don’t have an open-door policy for every peddler hawking snake oil and panic.

Sacred spaces deserve sacred boundaries. Your body is a temple, so guard the entrance accordingly — preferably with something fiercer than a polite smile:

  • Audit what you let in.
  • Close the door on what drains you.
  • Curate your inputs as ruthlessly as you curate your supplements.
Clear shoreline water showing rocks beneath the surface, symbolizing clarity and discernment when treating your body as a temple.
Purity isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about what you let seep in.

Stop Pretending You’re Clean While Rolling in Filth

You can’t detox your body while you marinate your mind in trash.
You can’t restore your health while you gorge on chaos.

If your body is a temple, start guarding the damn door.

If you don’t have the guts to do this, fine—just don’t pretend you actually care about your health.

But if you’re ready to be this ruthless—
to guard your temple like it matters—
come work with me.

If you’re ready to treat your body as the temple it is—and defend it with the clarity it deserves—come work with me.
