About Dr. Jen
Midlife Chaos Whisperer • Vital Systems Architect
Sandpoint, Idaho
I work with midlife women who are done being told they’re “fine” when they can feel they’re not.
Nervous-system-first, pattern-level work for women whose bodies are asking for re-ordering—not more effort.
Hello, I’m Dr. Jen!
I work with women who are done running on fumes and ready to rebuild what’s collapsed, not by forcing change, but by restoring the conditions your body needs to function.
I figure out why your body keeps hitting empty—even when you’re doing everything “right”—and help you rebuild the reserves you didn’t know you’d lost.
Through nervous system literacy, structural bodywork, and clinical pattern recognition, I identify where your capacity broke down and design the path for it to return.
You don’t need fixing. You need capacity.
And capacity is built, not prescribed.
The Principles I Work From…
- Symptoms aren’t the problem. They’re the signal.
- Capacity always precedes correction.
- Midlife isn’t a crisis — it’s a reckoning.
- Overload masquerades as “not trying hard enough.”
- The nervous system remembers — and it also reorganizes.
- Healing isn’t reinvention. It’s return.
How I Got Here…
I didn’t come to this work from the outside.
By the time I was 41 and apprenticing in naturopathic medicine, I was already in perimenopause — though I didn’t know it then. The itchy skin, brain blanks, and flashes of rage were dismissed as stress or bad luck.
When I opened my practice at 43, I was still decoding my own signals.
It wasn’t until my 50s that the pattern fully snapped into place:
Symptoms aren’t malfunctions.
They’re intelligent signals from a nervous system under sustained load.
That realization reshaped everything.
And Now…
I don’t run a conventional naturopathic practice.
I work with midlife women who are done being dismissed and ready to figure out what their bodies have actually been trying to say.
This work wasn’t pulled from textbooks.
It was forged through lived midlife physiology, clinical mentorship, and thousands of pattern recognitions in the field.
If you’re done with band-aids and ready to work at the root—you’re in the right place.

Clarity isn't the end point. It's where better decisions become obvious.
Most of the women I work with aren't falling apart.
They're functioning — but at a cost that shouldn't be this high.
When the pattern becomes legible, the next move gets obvious fast.
