What Sessions Look Like

Two formats. One lens. Decode the pattern so it can finally shift.

Two Ways to Work Together. One Nervous-System-First Method

Whether we meet in person or through telehealth, I’m reading the same thing: what your nervous system is bracing against, what timing patterns your symptoms follow, and what your body is actually signaling—not what your labs say it should be doing.

This page shows you what each format looks like so you can choose based on your current capacity—not what a protocol would prescribe.

This is orientation, not justification.

What Every Session Has in Common

There’s no standard protocol because your system doesn’t run one. What we do depends on what your body is telling us that day: nervous-system state, timing patterns, metabolic and sensory load, terrain over symptom lists, and clear next steps without overwhelm.

My supplement philosophy: I don’t use supplements as a band-aid for a system in overdrive. We review your current stack only after we’ve mapped your pattern. Any additions are targeted, temporary, and designed to help your system reclaim its own metabolic sovereignty.

In-Person Sessions, Sandpoint, Idaho

For women whose bodies are speaking loudly.

Aches that migrate. Tension that won’t release. Hips that nag. Headaches with no clear cause. The low-grade sense that something is off—but no imaging findings, no diagnosis, no explanation.

These sessions are hands-on. I’m listening through structure: how your spine organizes, how your ribcage moves, where your pelvis is bracing, what your gait reveals.

What actually happens:

I work through structure—how your spine organizes, where your pelvis braces, what your ribcage and diaphragm are doing. I map sensory load through jaw, eyes, and face. I assess breath rhythm, core sequencing, pelvic floor tone. Then hands-on recalibration—not to “fix” you, but to give your system new input it can organize around. You leave knowing why your body’s doing this, not just that something’s “off.”

This is not massage. Not chiropractic. Not PT.
It’s a different kind of listening—one that connects your structure to your nervous system state.

Best for:

Hip, SI, or low-back pain that won’t resolve. Headaches and neck tension. Jaw, tongue, or facial bracing. Gait or posture that feels wrong. Midlife aches with no clear diagnosis. Sensory overload. Women who want both the pattern and the hands-on reset.

Telehealth Sessions, Anywhere

For women whose symptoms have a timing pattern.

You don’t need hands-on work to decode what’s happening. Most women are surprised how much shifts through a screen—because the real leverage is in understanding the pattern, not just releasing tissue.

These sessions focus on timing, load, and regulation. When do your symptoms spike? What makes them worse? What’s your system actually reacting to?

What actually happens:

I analyze symptom timing—this is my specialty. I evaluate your nervous system load and capacity, map circadian and metabolic rhythms, interpret hot flash patterns and vasomotor behavior, and review your sleep architecture. We work on breath mechanics, regulation strategies, and self-release techniques you can actually use. You leave with clarity: why this is happening now, not just a list of things to try.

Best for:

Sleep disruption—especially the 2-4 AM wake-ups. Hot flashes and night sweats. Fatigue that feels hormonal but isn’t fully explained by hormones. Brain fog with a timing pattern. Blood sugar instability. Stress that’s running the show. Women who aren’t local. Follow-up after in-person recalibration.

Which Session Should You Choose?

Choose in-person if:
Your body hurts. Your head hurts. Something feels stuck, tight, or “off” in your structure. You want immediate physical change and the deepest version of my assessment.

Choose telehealth if:
Your symptoms follow a timing pattern. Sleep is collapsing. Hot flashes are escalating. You need clarity and strategy more than hands-on work. Or you’re not near Sandpoint.

Where This Fits in the Care Path

Vital Signal Check → Vital Intensive → Pattern Mirror → Ongoing Recalibration

You don’t have to know where you fit — that’s my job.
But now you know what each format actually looks like.

What Women Usually Notice After a Session

Clearer head. Less bracing. Hip or ribcage ease. Fewer headaches. More stable energy. Deeper sleep. Heat surges shift. “I finally understand what’s going on.”
