Focus on real food.
Local meats, healthy fats, plants you recognize.
If your body’s already reactive, ease up on dairy, gluten, and the ultra-processed junk that fans the flames.

Use herbal allies.

You don’t have to drink gritty teas—tinctures work fine.

Bring in nutrients that actually do something.

Get practical.
