Step 1 → Vital Signal Check
Clarity before strategy.
A one-time diagnostic designed to uncover the signal beneath your fatigue, fog, pain, or overwhelm.
Not a chat. Not a consult. A read on what your body is doing right now.

A 90-minute hands-on session where I work directly with your structure: hips, ribcage, jaw, the places that have been bracing for years.

Once your Vital Ground work is complete, we decide together: deeper work or a good goodbye. Some women don’t need more. Some do. No one leaves guessing.
