How This Works

I work with midlife women whose bodies have been bracing for years — and I find out why.

Hands-on structural work in the clinic. Nervous system recalibration that goes deeper than breathing exercises or supplements. We figure out what your body has been doing to cope, why it’s stuck there, and what it takes to shift it, at a pace your system can actually hold.

Most practitioners treat the symptoms as the problem. I treat them as output — the system’s best attempt to manage something it hasn’t been able to resolve. Finding that something is different work than chasing what it produces.

In-person in Sandpoint, Idaho. Virtual across North Idaho and beyond when the work is assessment- or strategy-focused.

Step 1 → Vital Signal Check

Clarity before strategy.

A one-time diagnostic to uncover the what’s actually driving your fatigue, fog, pain, or overwhelm.
Not a chat. Not a consult. A read on what your body is doing right now.

A 90-minute hands-on session working directly with your structure: hips, ribcage, jaw, the places that have been bracing for years.

Direct hands-on work with the tissue that’s been holding. For women who’ve tried PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, or supplements and the relief never sticks this is often the missing layer.

    Where your body learns to hold change.

    A four-session container that builds directly on your Signal Check and Body Reset. Regulation becomes your baseline, not a temporary state.

    We sequence change at a pace your nervous system can actually sustain. No penalty. No pressure. No artificial timelines.
